Our Purpose
Created for connection
Her Place began with a simple idea: women do incredible things everyday and they deserved to be seen, supported and celebrated.
There are talented women running businesses creating meaningful work, sharing knowledge, raising families, supporting their communities and finding new ways forward. Yet it can still be hard to know where to loo, who to connect with or how to find the support that feels right.
Her Place is being built to make those connections easier.
We want to create a welcoming space where women can discover one another, share useful information, celebrate achievements and access opportunities that help them move forward, whether in business, community or everyday life.

We believe community is stronger when more voices, experiences and perspectives are included. Her Place welcomes women from diverse backgrounds, locations and stages of life.
How We're Building It
Built with care, and growing community
Her Place is not trying to be everything to everyone overnight.
We are building thoughtfully; one useful resource, business listing, article, recipe, event and connection at a time. That means the site will continue to grow, evolve and improve as more women join the community and share what they need.
Business listings will be reviewed before they are published so that the directory remains useful, relevant and trusted.
We are committed to creating a space that feels positive, respectful and genuinely helpful.

Meet Toni
Her Place was created by Toni Livesey, with a vision to build a meaningful online space where women can be discovered, supported and connected.
The idea came from recognising how much knowledge, talent & generosity exists within women-led businesses and communities. And how powerful it can be when people have a place to find itach other.
Her Place is being shaped with warmth, practicality and a genuine belief that small connections can lead to meaningful opportunities.
